Fair Oaks Theater is a GEM in Arroyo Grande!. New resident of the Central Coast, wanted to see a movie. Took my wife to the Fair Oaks Theater in Arroyo Grande. What a treat! It was like going back in time. Small lobby, with great smell of Popcorn that won't break your wallet, friendly staff, and the theater was nice and clean. Heck, you can even buy collectible old theater posters in the lobby for only a buck! The seats are very comfortable, they even rock. The main theater room is decorated very nice. I think it's a real gem in the community, and I recommend it to all. I'm not one for the big mega-theaters with their little boxy rooms, I love this one. The aura of it, and the personal feel. I give it 5 stars and will be returning for sure!
