I am so happy every time I get a chance to eat at Taj Palace. We usually go for the lunch buffet. The food is full of flavor and not so spicy that you need pain medication when you are done eating (as some Indian food can be). If you get the chance to go for dinner, try the mulligatawny soup or the aloo gobi, both are favorites of mine.
