Just Bad Service? You decide. This is just the type of place you don't want to do business with.

I am still in baffled by the depth of bad service here. The owner refused to refund money for a simple $20 item purchased at his store, tried to make it personal between myself and his wife (the clerk); I would have felt physically threatened by him if I were the type to; and he threw me out of the store. This all happened in less than a minute. This wasn't some big confrontation the owner just went off. I am still baffled by it. The clerk gave me the wrong item and I had to go to walmart to get the correct installation kit form my car stereo. It is a common type of installation kit, one of the three or so Walmart stocks. Frankly I am just gonna write it up to a lesson learned and take the loss. If just one person isn't treated in the manner I was it will be worth the time I spent here.
