Love the doctor, hate the nurses. We love this doctor! He's been with our daughter ever since she was born and he's gentle and personable. That said, I am possibly searching for a new doc. due to the fact that the nurses are very impersonal. No smiles, no talking with the baby, nothing. After the shots when our daughter is crying I have to initiate a sweet conversation between the nurses and our daughter and even then it's like pulling teeth.
