Terrible Store!. Horrible customer service! The employees are very rude. The store doesn't follow their return policy! - I tried to return a shirt within 2 weeks like their policy states and they told me that since the shirt wasn't in stock that they couldn't return it? Ridiculous. Also, their clothing is of very poor quality and falls apart easily.

great place!. all of their clothing there is cute! nothing there was out or ugly. also good pricing on their clothing .

Good prices, but Aweful service :o(. I was in here with my wife and she was looking for something to wear for an office party. The women who where working at Lucky Lulu's went beyond not being helpful and into the realm of just plain rude. I have never been against someone smacking their gum, but doing so while giving you an attitude just accentuated my dislike for giving them my business. My second job is currently in retail and i don't have high standards for customer service. I know the stress that comes with this time of the year, but the service we received was totally inexcusable. I would not recomend Lucky Lulu's at all. There are plenty of other places with better quality items and MUCH better customer service to chose from. Small clothes shops like this are a dime a dozen in this town. Personally I would choose Collections in Pismo Beach.

You'll get luckier somewhere else . . .. Since there aren't too many trendy, budget-friendly shops in SLO, Lucky Lulu's would seem like a gem. Unfortunately, the clothes are REALLY poorly made. I have purchased two shirts from them and they both developed holes at the seam lines during the first wear - pretty disappointing.

Cheap, in every sense of the word. Yes, the clothes are relatively inexpensive and are cute but they are CHEAPLY made! I've had stuff that's cheaper from Forever 21 or even Ross that has lasted longer than their tops. I recently had a top come apart at the hem after only one wear, before even washing it. What's worse is their no return policy. In my opinion, stores should always stand behind what they sell. Jeans and shoes are better quality but I don't trust the tops there anymore. Oh and the girls who work there are pretty rude. The only "service" you get is when they ask to start a room for you. Too bad SLO doesn't have much more to offer.

Not So Lucky.. The sales girls were quite rude to us. I felt like they thought they were not there to help me at all. Their clothes were fun and reasonable priced. They do have good shoes though.

Lucky Buys!. This shop is truly a gem! Trendy and comfortable clothes at inexpensive prices.
