Back roads winery and relative newcomer to Paso, the focus here is on food-friendly, Rhone-style varietals..
In Short
Rich mustard hued walls warm the tasting room, while a sail-like tarp and a diamond-plate aluminum-sided bar distinguish the decor. Rotating monthly art displays feature everything from oil painting to photography. Outside, covered tables host spillover crowds from inside on busy days, with employees bringing wine to thirsty consumers, or make for nice alfresco nibbling. The wines are all estate-grown; popular varietals include the grenache, syrah, mourvedre blends, and a late harvest roussanne with botrytis-boosted notes of honey.
