cole's service. I would like to thank Richard Adams service advisor for cole's for making me feel like I was number one.When ever anything has happened to my truck he is right on top of it.And for that thank you very much.

Not very organize. Went in for an appointment @ 10:30

Another guy came behind me for an 11:00 appointment

We were both in for same service but my car was not finished until 30 minutes later after the 11:00. Mike took my keys and placed them on the counter and went to check something else with another customer. The guy behind me was checked in right away even though his appointment was not until 11:00.

I don"t know why this bother me but it did and I have lost respect for the employees at Cole Chrysler in SLO
