The BEST!!. This is customer service at its finest!! Tami at Fleur was fun, bright, and very very helpful. She was creative and knowledgeable, and really helped us solidify our concept of what we wanted our reception to be. Even at the last moment when we changed our entire plan 180 degrees, she jumped right in and got it all taken care of with NO problems! We had a very limited budget to work with and the quantity -and- quality of the flowers was more than we could have hoped for. You really get a lot for your money!

I would recommend Fleur to anyone and everyone who asked before even thinking of another florist.

Fun and Easy. Tami of Fleur really made the whole experiecnce for me. I bought all the flowers for my wedding from her, and am so glad I did. She spent well over an hour with my mom and me during our innitial meeting, and didn't make me feel rushed. I had no specific ideas on what type of flowers I wanted, but knew what feeling I wanted over-all and she went through page after page of flowers until we got it just right. She was really easy to get in touch with and is super into what she does. She also didn't turn up her nose at my (relatively low) budget! Fleur was great!

Great Service, Beautiful Flowers. Fleur Pantry did our flowers for our September wedding and we were very pleased. We worked specifically with Tami who ensured that every detail was how we envisioned. Our parents were also impressed with her friendliness as she had to contact them on the East Coast a few times. We live 5 hours away so it was a challenge to plan everything with one face to face meeting and via email but it worked out. Tami kept notes on our likes/dislikes and kept in contact via phone and email on a regular basis. We changed some of our flowers several times and she was very accomodating. We met again 2 days before our wedding and actually changed some of the arrangements but she was so nice about it. She wasn't pushy or overbearing, yet she reminded us about things that wouldn't work out for our wedding based on our likes/dislikes. My bridal bouquet was even prettier than I had expected. Our centerpieces literally popped with color, they were classic but modern. Tami also ensured the little details we wanted were done, i.e. decorating the bar, cake, and gift table. Tami is very enthusiastic about her job, you can tell she really likes doing what she does. Having a person like that makes all the difference when you plan your wedding.
