NOT FOR LARGE PARTIES. I made a reservation for my friend's 30th birthday and upon arriving found that the staff had recorded our reservation for the wrong time (even though I spoke directly with the restaurant manager). Instead of apologizing and working to rectify the situation they lied to my face saying that, "Someone whose name started with a "B" called and changed the time of the reservation." I also received several condescending, "Sorry sweetie, I don't know what to tell you," remarks from the hostess. After our entire party waited 45mins for a table, we waited another 40mins for a server to appear and then of course waiting on the food to arrive... The server was kind but the management was terrible. I arranged to arrive early to put party favors on each plate and a special surprise on the birthday girl's plate but was unable to do so do to the lack of management skill used by the hosting/management staff. I DO NOT recommend you host your event at Palazzo Giuseppe's. There was no effort to rectify the situation, no genuine apology and lots of condescension.
