BBQ-yummy. THis place it so much fun on sport nights. A great place to hang out, have some drinks, get some BBQ food and watch a game on their flat screen TV's. They have a full bar and short wine list, and a pretty simple menu or burgers and fries. I reccommend the Steak Cobb Salad and a basket of fries. This place is loud and is usually full of younger college folk!! But a great place to get the night started if you are going out on the town in SLO!!

best trip-tip cobb salad in slo county. the trip-tip salad is plentiful and priced wonderfully. The small portion will feed two. The only bad thing is there are always a lot of people there, so the wait can be a while.

Great burger joint. Best burger joint in SLO, hands down. The fries are delicious! The spices they use are amazing. The ABC burger is a must have. Actually, everything on the menu (including veggetarian selections) is delicious. It's a buy upfront, seat yourself, listen for your number joint. The service is fast and the tables are always cleaned. It's so popular that sometimes you do have to fight others for a table (on fri/sat nights), but it's by far worth it.

Best tri-tip sandwich anywhere. The tri-tip sandwich is great. We take visitors there all the time. The salads are also very good. There is good patio seating, sports bar seating and resturant seating away from the bar.

College Hang Out. If your a 20 something and like to drink too much and want to be where the crowd is, this is the spot. I go there for lunch, less rowdiness. Good food, big menu. A good spot for a guys day out lunch & brew.

Firestone is HOT!!. I was traveling through SLO, and stumbled across this place because it looked like a fun place to eat. Boy was I right! SLO is known for their tri-tip and this place by far serves the best plus it is a fun place eat & hang out. I highly recommend this place. You must not travel through SLO without stopping here.
