They saved us big bucks on the purchase of a used Volvo wagon. We went back to the dealer with CMW's pre-purchase inspection report and the dealer did over $2,000 of repairs before we bought the vehicle. A huge thanks to Jeff and his crew!

Seriously unhappy with how I was treated here. Several attempts to find out why I was charged what I was charged failed. I can tell you that it was too much. Never again.

Excellent. Always take the time to discuss problem options and answer all my questions. Being a single woman, I'm always Leary of auto shops however I have never felt this way at Continental and that's why I continue going there.

B-A-D D-E-A-L!!!. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT -- Called in... JEFF told me sure bring it in we've got time... JEFF says it'll cost me $210.00 to run diagnostics + parts/labor, and have car repaired same day. JEFF told me they had worked on it for (3) hours and they couldn't finish it that day ... would order the part and have it for me noon tomorrow. JEFF's first quote was for O2 sensor @ $400. p&l. So I told JEFF I just had one replaced recently it didn't cost $400. So JEFF says he'll give me a deal and do it for $300. I told JEFF I'd go elsewhere.... another automotive repair rip-off. DISHONEST, OVERCHARGED, & ARROGANT ABOUT IT!

Wow what a deal its not. Took my car in for a break inspection and he estimated $400 for the brake change. The 5 other places a took it estimated between $180-$225. They are nice and explain everything but at double the price id much rather have a not so friendly guy to take my money. Save u some green and move past this place
