Locked out of the B & N Bathrooms!

Our local B & N has decided to lock it's customers out of the restrooms on Thursday nights (Farmer's Mkt Night). You will be directed to the Porta-potties ... through the alley on an adjoining street. Is this even legal, considering they have a full service cafe? Please let management know that this is not acceptable.
