This "business" charged my wife $90.00 FOR AN ESTIMATE!. That's right--$90.00 for an estimate. I was at work at the time, otherwise I would have told them where to go and how to get there. They might have gotten the job--worth a few grand--but not now. At least they got their $90.00.

Mr.Whistler, thank you for your feedback, You had originally called on our Valpak ad for an $89.00, 20 point tune-up special. Once we arrived at your home you then decided you wanted an estimate for duct cleaning, so we then provided you the quote, did not complete the tune-up. and left your house free of charge. Thank you for considering our company, if there is anything we can do please give us a call.
