Efficient & Friendly. Needless to say I was disappointed when our 18 month old Bosch refrigerator stopped freezing. When Bob arrived he said that this was the first one of this model that he had worked on. He quickly assessed the problem to be a fan motor and ordered a replacement part. He even ordered an extra backup part in case anyone else has the same problem with this model. After installing the new part, Bob took the time to explain the best settings for this complex model. He even took the time to explain the Do’s and Don’ts of our Bosch dishwasher also. This is customer service “to the moon and back”. Thanks Bob!

Bob is the best!. From start to finish, they were very friendly and professional. Bob told me exactly what the problem was and showed me the broken part. He even gave me a quick tutorial about the mechanics of my dryer and why that part was important. I like that he did that rather than just hand me an estimate. I will call them again if I need any appliance repair!

Great Customer Service. Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again in the future. Glad I didn't buy a new fridge when it was a quick fix.
