Love the courtyard!. This is a very cute Italian restaurant. We love sitting out in the courtyard: wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere is casual chic, and not at all stuffy. I recommend the risotto ai porcini!

Contemporary take on Northern Italian food in a classy, intimate setting.. In Short
This special occasion restaurant features a small front room, a patio in the back and an open kitchen in between. Warm colors and simple, elegant decor are welcoming enough for the casually dressed as well. The upscale Italian menu features hearty meat dishes and a range of pasta entrees with rich sauces. Salads with seasonal vegetables are menu standouts, as are desserts such as dark chocolate gelato with espresso. The wine list offers Italian and Californian varieties.

Average Italian Cusine. This place is just fine. There food is average and good, but for the price you are better off going to Guiseppe's in Pismo Beach or Grappalo in SLO. The service is awesome and they have a very a nice wine list, was just disappointed with the quality of the actual main course. The SLO location can get noisy and looses it's romantic appeal.

Great gourmet Italian Dinners. Buona Tavola has been doing a great dinner in SLO for a long time. The food, service, and wine are excellent. The back patio has a great ambiance as well.

Excellent Italian. Wonderful service, even on a busy Friday night. All four in our party were blown away with the meal.
