WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
Wow...I just had probably the craziest and worst experience with any service based business that I've ever had. So...I call Bella (and dealt with the owner!) to have flowers delivered to a girl that I am seeing (Sarah) and she assures me that she can deliver the flowers by 5pm. I overlooked her prices being more expensive and her delivery charge being more than double the other local shops because she was able to get deliver it by today. At 5:45pm, Sarah calls me and doesn't mention her flowers being delivered. I ask her "did you receiving anything special at work today", and she replies with "no, should I have?". I then tell her I'll call her back and call the shop again...of course they were closed, so I leave a message and tell them that I am frustrated. At 6:30pm, their crazy, bizarre owner calls me back to tell me that her driver couldn't make it in time and not only did the driver not call Sarah to tell her that she'd be late but the owner waits over an hour and a half to call me. After getting their voicemail I called Sarah back and told her that I tried to send flowers but for some reason they didn't get to her.
The best part is once the owner finally calls me, she offers to take $5 off the order and says that the "surprise element" of sending flowers to a girl shouldn't matter!!! Who says that? Luckily it wasn't her birthday or our anniversary or something. So after telling her that I don't think $5 is very fair she goes into a rant that she's had "the day from hell" and that she's sorry her customer service skills aren't up to par today but she doesn't want to "deal with a customers $hit" and then proceeds to say "you know what, I'm cancelling this order" as if I did something wrong!
Honestly, I have zero idea how this place is in business and I will be telling everyone I know that lives in SLO about this story. Thanks Bella for ruining the surprise, NOT delivering the flowers, and giving me a great story to tell friends and family of how NOT to run a business.
