Keritan Protein by Capolla. Caroline did Keritan Protein Copolla treatment on my hair. My hair was literally falling out! She also broke my hair and didn't even tell me! She didn't seem to care at all and was offended. She said it wasn't the Copolla. Well, it was!

My current hairdresser who also does the Copolla said Caroline got the formula on my scalp.

My hair is coming back but as for Bladerunner and Caroline...I won't be.

Bad Bridal Hair Experience. I had my bridal hair and make up with Brianna. The consultation went well, but when I came on the day of the wedding she was 20 minutes late...Not good. The hair and make up ended up taking a little longer than it had on consultation day. This was weird because we had tried 3 or 4 different hairstyles that day plus make up. Both my hair and make up ended up different than the consultation even though she said she would taken notes AND I brought a picture. I liked the make up better this time, so that was fine. But my hair looked a lot different. What was the point of a consultation that was the same price as the day of and wasn't consistent? I let this go since I was already an hour late for photos. But I recently got the wedding photos and you can see bobby pins in my hair (Not ok for wedding day, especially photos) and the right side of my hair started to fall out after the ceremony. All in all the consultation left me feeling confident, but the actual day of appointment was a big disappointment. Your wedding day is too important to risk someone being late and not giving you what you asked for. Either make your appointment way early in the day or go somewhere else

My hair was a disaster.... My appointment was with Tai. I told him I wanted to lighten my hair- it came out white blonde! I told him I wanted to keep my length and he apparently didn't understand what I meant... I was so distracted by my hair that I didn't notice my awful roots until I got home (it looked like I had gotten my hair done a month ago). He presented himself professionally, but his work did not match!!! I ended up going somewhere else 3 days later to get it fixed by someone who knew what they were doing... The facility is great, just don't ask for Tai!

Great bridal "do"!!. I made an appt. with Kimberly a few weeks before my wedding. I didn't have time to do a run through but I didn't need it. Kimberly asked questions to find out what kind of wedding I was having, what I was like, what my dress was like (i.e. if the dress is very simple, a more elaborate hairstyle can work and vice versa) etc. She did a very modern, really cool style that was exactly what I needed! Caveat: I was a pretty laid-back bride and I had a very open mind. I think if you knew which style you wanted and had time for a run-through she could do anything else you might want. Also, when we were done, she walked across the street to the craft store to get some flowers & then placed them in my hair in the back. Kimberly seems to love her job and that makes it so much fun to have her do your hair!! (The price seemed reasonable but honestly, that was the first time I had a hairdo done for me).

Facial just okay. This was my second facial. I wasn't impressed with the experience. The facialist didn't talk me through it as I would have expected, for instance letting me know that an icy cold brush was about to applied to my skin...I wouldn't use her again.

The place is one of the nicer in town on the inside though.
