BEST PERMANENT COSMETICS ON THE CENTRAL COAST. My facial appearance was basically washed out. Carolyn's expertise in tattooing a soft, natural eyebrow, and also naturally enhancing my eyes has changed my life positively. My friends cannot believe that my makeup is tattooed on. I wake up looking good and I don't have to spend my morning in front of a mirror anymore.
