ZERO STARS! Never in my life has my mood so quickly shifted from total excitement to utter disgust and disbelief of such a horrible person in existence. Genuinely befuddled by the evil aura this lady exudes. This was our first time attempting to go to Crux, but after her condescending and insulting welcome, we shortly booked it out of there. I felt compelled to go back inside and attempt to explain how unnecessarily hostile she was being to us...but as it's said, less is more..she wasn't worth our time, and luckily we didn't waste our money. This lady needs Jesus.

IS SHE REALLY THE OWNER?. To the extremely rude owner... I wanted to take my kids rock climbing so we decided to meet 2 other friends at Crux and have some family fun. As I approached the front gate, I saw a sign that read closed to the general public and open only to WOW kids. I told the kids that it was closed and that we would come back next week. We walked back and sat in the parking lot, waiting for our friends to arrive, so we could decide what else to do. All of a sudden I hear this crazed woman power walking towards me yelling, "What are you doing" huh "WHAT ARE YOU DOING" what "YOU NEED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY, YOU ARE TRESPASSING" I said that I was coming to take the kids rock climbing. She reiterated that, "THEY ARE CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND THAT I AM TRESPASSING AND THAT I NEED TO LEAVE NOW"... I told her that I needed to speak with her manager, she told me to leave. I told her that I wanted to speak to the owner and she stated that she was the owner... WOW is this how you run your business? As a local business person myself I can not believe that a you, CRAZY OWNER would represent your business in this way.
