horrible customer service in the service department

I was charged for "diagnosis" of a problem that I told them I had. They confirmed problem and informed I would be charged to settle it even though car is under warrenty. I understand that I may be responsible for the charges but their customer service was the worst I have ever seen. I was given the silent treatment, and none of my concerns were addressed. It was bad enough for me to take the time to write this complaint and I have never done that before.

Took my car in to get fixed. Was quoted one price over the phone to check out my car, then when I got to the shop, the price suddenly doubled. Holding them to their original price, got a call that they were unable to figure it out in the 30 minutes I paid for and needed to spend an additional 2 hours just seeing where the problem is. Finally got a call only to find out it was a very simple fix and any mechanic worth anything would have discovered this within 15 minutes. The part was under 15.00 yet the bill was over 200.00.
After this lovely experience, I talked to a few people only to find out this company has a very bad reputation for ripping people off. I only wish someone would have put it online, so I could have avoided this place.
