Walter in BMW service is always helpful, intelligent, and pleasant. Several years ago, when he first started, I called and told BMW USA how great he was. Still the same as a seasoned veteran.

I bought my 2nd Nissan a couple months ago and took it to Coast Nissan for an amazingly cheap oil change and look over. I was pleased to have Nissan actually do the work on my Nissan. I am so in love with my Pathfinder, it gets my football players around and my family rides in comfort. John Torres and Erik Hawk were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in their service to me. I was unsure about going to the dealership to begin with but it was not as scary as I thought it would be and the price tag is not always outrageous. I will always go back to them!
