Pam was really great to work with and did a fantastic job representing Farrell Smyth. She was on top of the REO proposals from start to finish and was keenly aware of our timelines. Pam was also amazing when it came to keeping expenses of the rehab down. It was a real pleasure to work with her and will again soon, I am sure of it.

From a customer perspective, when we pay as much for rents as we do, it comes down to customer service. I have only spoken with one person at the office, Nikki, and each time we have spoken she has been very professional and pleasant. Positive employees

Annette was so great to work with! I walked through the house and it looked very nice and had been professionally cleaned, certainly surpassed our expectations.
