best flowers, best service. great family ran business!. This is the only flower shop I would ever use! I have been to the other shops in town and their service does not compare to the friendly staff at Jamie's. I went in at the last minute (right before they closed) and asked them to put an arrangement together for me. They took such good care of me, and the flowers were beautiful. They made sure that the arrangement was just what i wanted and it was perfect. I would NOT go anywhere else! This is definitely the shop to go to!!!

poor service. my flowers were delivered at my work on valentine's day (cost more on this day), the delivery guy was on CRUTCHES. He broke the vase putting the flowers down, and proceeds to leave. We clean up the mess, and call shop. Flowers picked up by someone eles to rectify the problem, but cannot be brought back before I leave work 4 hours later. I offer to pick up my flowers, and when I asked to have the delivery charge removed, I'm informed,"they were delivered". I'm offered a box of candy which I refuse, but it is handed to me anyway with a "sorry". I not sure if that was an apology, or a discription of the service I received.

poor service and bad flower quality. The flowers were delivered later than promised and they died the next day. When I nicely called the florist to obtain a replacement, she refused. There was no reasoning with her. When I asked to speak with the manager, she regretfully handed the phone over. The manager wasn't much more helpful. She only agreed to replace a few of the flowers if I stopped by their store and picked them up myself. When I stopped by their storefront, I realized that they have barely any product available in the store. There are a few plants and gift items and a tiny refridgerator filled with the boring floral staples. Most of the store is taken up by a smoothie and coffee bar. Is this a florist or is it a cafe? Maybe their drinks taste good, but don't go there for the flowers.
