Great food, but get it to go.
Garlands has some of the best onion rings in town. Thier burger baskets are legendary among locals, and they have super yummy food.
However, the resteraunt itself, much like a lot of them on grand, isn't the greatest to eat in. I would get it to go and then go to the beach, or home, or wherever. The inside is kind of cramped, the tables are small. The view is of the traffic whizzing by on grand. Not super great.
But the food is delicious. It is a bit expensive, but this isn't mcdonalds.
Get the basket and split it with someone if you can. It's A LOT of food.
