Rip Off, Don't know what they're doing. If it were within my power I would give them a zero star rating. Replaced compressor switch, time at house = 10 minutes, cost = $180. Refrigerator worked for one day then died again. My calls not returned so after 2 days went into store and spoke directly to them. Said I needed another part 7-10 days later came to my house and without replacing part said it was a bad compressor after all. No refund for the $80 part they put on or the $30 labor charge. A professional would have only charged the $65 house call and told me the first time what was wrong with it. They repair by trial and error--very unprofessional. I should have known this when I entered their showroom which has a cat wandering around in it and I am very allergic to cats. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Run--don't walk away from this business.

Never again. Never called when they said they would. Didn't return calls. Didn't deliver when they said. Didn't act like they new what was happening with order. The man in the office is rude. How this place stays in business in beyond me.
