Worst experience with a property management company EVER!. As a renter I seldomly ask for maintenance, but trying to get them to help get a plumber out was a battle. The plumbing is bad where I live but I can get along with it if it gets snaked once a year. They wanted me to pay to keep the plumbing working. I refused to pay and now I have received an eviction notice.

For being a good renter, rent always paid early, no problems with my neighbors, and having a less than well kept building for a home I cannot understand why they would kick out a good renter other than spite. Pacific Beach Properties is not the place to put you trust if you want to have happy tenants. The way the owner Bill belittles you for having a need is unprofessional and he went as far as to slander me about my professional standing in the community after I told him I didn't think he did his job very well.

Unfortuneatly for the owner of the property where I live this company has now placed them in a precarious legal position.
