They have TOMS. I was greeted by very friendly happy salespeople. They were really helpful in getting sizes for me that were too high to reach. When I tried on the TOMS ballet flats, the shoes run a little large, but the salesgirl told me that if you go down a size, it will feel great in the heel, but too tight in the toe area. I tried on a smaller size and she was right. Her advice was spot on. GREAT store, GREAT salespeople, GREAT experience. Military people get a 15% off discount. I will be back, again and again.

Best surf shop in Pismo. I needed to rent a board,and I was greeted right away by a really nice guy. I was already sand and wet because I had been surfing earlier but they let me walk to the back to get a board. it was really cheap and good service and when I brought the board back two different people tryed to help me but the guy who helped me first greeted me at the door and carried the board in for me. I went in later to look at clothes and they had a great selection and were really helpful. check them out when your in town.

Great Store. A great group of happy friendly helpful people in a time where customer service seems to be obsolete. Thank you to everyone at Pancho's.
